Work Load
Well, things are crazy at work, with alot of drivers quiting, getting fired and off sick. Brother. Too much for me because I have to train new drivers and I'm now working on the 3rd class in 3 months begining Monday. If I can keep 3 from each class that would have been 9 drivers, but 2 new guys got the ax for hitting things and one guy just couldn't do it. Anyway this work load is taking my life focus away. I actually forgot my Grand Kids BD's last week. Damn. I don't like that. I must get back to my art and writing. Soon!

I was absolutely blown away yesterday when they said Kristy was leaving also--wow! Didn't see that one coming! Well, at least not this soon... I wish I knew what the magic combination was to get people in the seat that can make it down the road without hitting something--but it doesn't seem to make any difference if they've been there a few weeks or a few years! Shit happens. But just remember I am here for you--if you need a friend, you got one in me.
