IPod Mania

Well I have finally come up to the 2000's, new millenium, whatever you want. My husband bought me an IPod for my BD and I left it on my desk for a few months and so when I was in OK City, one of the instructors had a MASSIVE collection of songs, from 1890 to present day all on thumb drives and alot on his 60gig IPod. He cut each one of us a disc on any music we wanted. So then he told me he had another collection of old CBS Radio Mystery Theatre Shows as mp3's, I bit. He gave me a disc with 67 shows on it. I brought it home and was able to get it on my IPod. Of course that led to putting alot of my CD's on it as well. I love it. Gee I'm up with the kids. I did not like the ear buds, they hurt my ears. I have been blessed with tiny ears. So I went to Best Buy and bought some called Gummy's. They are a little more comfortable. Cool!

I am impressed! Both THe Boy and DD#2 have the things but I have yet to figure the blessed things out! I know that they download music from the internet and computer, but how they get them from one to the other is a total mystery to me! (sigh) On some technical things I am just a moron...

The mystery theater stuff sounds really cool--great stuff to listen to while you are driving around to other divisions! I just stick to my massive CD collection--the only time I get to listen to them is on trips or when I am by myself in the car. Otherwise I have to divide radio time between DD#2 and myself and DD#1--DD#2 loves hip-hop and R&B, which I am actually starting to like the more I listen to it! *gasp* Never thought I would say that.... LOL!
