TEST

Hi, this is a test to see if I can remember to write here again after a year.

I quit after the last post in the beginning of March because at the end of March, my Mom had an Aneurism  and died 3 days later. It was very unexpected. She was 91 years old and healthy and waited on my Dad 24/7 since his health was bad. We always thought he would go first, but Mom got in a hurry. And to make a long story short, my Daddy died in September.

In 2014 I lost 8 friends and family members. And that is when I stopped my blog and alot of everything else.

I want to try to do something here again though, so we will see if I can do it!

Anyway that is all I have to say at this time!

I Must be Artistic

Wow!! It's been a while, but after the craziness of the holidays I can settle down a little. Can't completely or I could be eliminated. Any way I am getting into my art mood again pretty strong.

I found Suziblu on YouTube and she got me going again. My friend Lotus started my wanting to do art 2 years ago and showed me some stuff but we can't get together very often because of issues and I need help and instruction. So, I can watch Suzi whenever I want and she has great ideas for journaling. So I am trying to get back into it.

I have always journaled, but writing only. I must learn how to do both. Art and Writing. Very kool!!

Excitement!

The Secret

I was introduced to this book a while back and read it. It is great. I want to get into this positive mode really good. It is a very hard thing to do when I work each day in such a negative environment. I have mantifested things to me in the past by concentrating on them. I am aware of this potential. I must move forward and work on this more each day. I believe I will become the person I want to be soon and be able to move on in life and get away from the negativity I have to endure at work each day.

Too Crazy

Well, another crazy week at work is over. My best friend and right hand, Dee, has left to be the GM in Manteca. She is on her way to being a STAR with MV and a good one. She will do great.
The drivers are all crazy about the new contract. They voted down the first proposal, and then lost their minds. They want new shop stewards, fine, but make sure the ones that are on the list that want to be the new ones are capable of doing the job. I notice the one with the biggest mouth isn't on the list. Everybody thinks a title is so cool, but I know the real secret. Hopefully they will get what they want, wage wise, but since I have the same benefits as the drivers, I hope they don't suck us into $25.00 copays for medical. But I am afraid they will. Too much drama there. I wish they would take Safety as serious as this contract. Another problem with some Wheelchair's being passed up again. They will be suspended immediately, no if's and's or but's about it. The time thing must stop. We are heading to a major diaster just because someone was running late. Possibly then they will see the importance of driving safe and to hell with the time, but with this bunch I don't see if even that will help. I am out of touch because of trying to train a new class and also out watching drivers so I can correct the coruption that has taken over. SAFETY FIRST-SCHEDULE SECOND.

Stuff & Stuff

Well I am into my IPods again. I bought another one. A new silver 2 gig. It is so much smaller, and I love it, but I also love my old one too. I have put so much music on these in the last week. I like to just sit out back and listen to the music and relax and watch the water in my water garden. I really have IPods so I can have music when I walk on my treadmill. It's the best thing for me to unwind. I have been neglecting my art lately, and that has to stop. So now I will work on it....Bye

Still Here

Whew!!

I have been sweating lately other than the turbo power surges I have normally. The company I work for secured the contract to operate the City Bus System for another 5 years tonight. I was the only one sweating I guess. I don't actually like working for a contractor because of this process every 5 years. You never know if you will be working for the next contractor or not. The drivers never have anything to worry about, because they are protected by Union, but Management is not.

Alot of times the new folks will keep you for a period of 6 months or so until they are OK with the operation and then sh*tcan you for someone they can pay less for, for the same work. Happens all of the time, in fact it's a business solid. But I'm good for 5!

And in other news. Glenn who is an MV Drive Cam Analyst in Elk Horn at our Support Center cut his first CD and now I have it. Even though he has been sending me the songs one at a time for me to critque for him, it's so cool to see a real deal. You go Spirit Man!!

Always Changes

Have you ever noticed that when you are not accessing your personal web sites (blogs) everyday or so, they change formats on you and then when you do decide to do some very long overdue writing, you can't even log on because they changed while you were out? How long was that sentence? That is what happened today when I tried to log onto Blogger to write. Now it has something to do with Google. Brother.

I am getting read The Heartshaped Box by Joe Hill, Stephen King's son. Flaps sound good and I watched an interview with him, he wants to write like Dad. Hmmmm maybe he will.

My friend at work is still revising her book. She just sent me a new copy that I am going to read today. The last time I read it, it was great, but she likes to change stuff alot so I just wait until she slows down and then I jump in and read it again. Today seems like a great day as it is raining and I am not working for a change.
